We have had to raise our prices for the first time since January 2007 - the new prices & offers below apply to all new bookings made after 25 May 2008.

Prices (per person, per night, including full English breakfast):

Double or twin occupancy:

       £35.00     Sunday to Thursday nights inclusive     (£70 per room)

       £37.50     Friday nights     (£75 per room)

       £40.00     Saturday nights     (£80 per room)


Single Occupancy:

       £50     Sunday to Thursday nights inclusive    

       £60     Friday nights    

       £65     Saturday nights    



Special rates are available for longer stays – please ask.

3rd person sharing a room: £15 (including breakfast)
(our extra beds are normally only recommended for children)

Supplement for a single night's stay (per room): £5

At most times, a two-night minimum applies for bookings including a Friday or Saturday.

FREE glass of wine - two glasses of wine for the price of one for stays of two nights or more during Sunday to Thursday inclusive in January, February and March (not champagne; applies to your first order).


Fourth night HALF PRICE

For new bookings for double or twin occupancy, your fourth night is half price. This means that, where this offer is available, a four night stay (excluding Friday and Saturday) is £245 or just £30.63 per person, per night including breakfast.
Conditions: Deposit of £50 per room minimum payable on booking (see below); the half price night cannot be a Friday or Saturday; the half price night must be on same basis (party size etc.) as paid-for nights; this offer cannot be combined with any other offer; some dates (eg Half Term, bank holiday weekends) are excluded.


"Houseparty" Offer


Why not book all our three guest rooms together and have your own private 'house party'? Your group will have exclusive use of our drawing room, dining room and bar during your stay. If you book all three rooms (for six people) for at least two nights, we will serve your group a FREE bottle of champagne with kettle chips, nuts and olives with our compliments.
Conditions: A deposit of £75 (£25 per room) is payable on booking (see below). Cannot be combined with other offers.



DEPOSITS:
We will require a deposit in order to guarantee your booking; this is normally £25 per room booked or 20% of the reservation value (whichever is the higher), and can be paid by guaranteed UK cheque, cash or by credit card (using PayPal, via email). See below for further details of each option. Deposits are non-refundable (unless we have to cancel your booking for reasons outside our control, in which case we will refund all monies received).



CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
Many clients prefer to pay by credit card. This facility is now available in advance only, by email using PayPal® , the global secure payment system available in over 55 countries worldwide. You do not need to have a PayPal® account. Simply ask us for a PayPal® credit card invoice by email when you make your booking; this is quick, simple and secure to pay using any major credit card. When you pay using PayPal®, we do not receive your credit card details, which remain private between you and the processing banks. We do have to make a processing charge of 3.5% for this service, which on receipt of your authorized payment also guarantees your room in case of delayed arrival (without advance payment, we cannot guarantee a room).

Important - deposit and cancellation

Reservations cannot be guaranteed without pre-payment or receipt of an agreed deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations will be charged as follows: within 14 days of arrival: 25% of reservation value (or first night cost, whichever is the higher); within 48 hours of arrival: 50% of reservation value (or first night cost, whichever is the higher); within 24 hours of arrival: 100% of reservation value.
(The excess of the cancellation charge payable as above, over any deposit paid, is payable on cancellation.)
If you have a travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges should your reason for cancellation fall within your insurer's allowed criteria.




Our bedrooms and public rooms are strictly non-smoking.



"Extras"



We can arrange many "extras" which may add interest to your stay, such as the hire of a Rolls-Royce and chauffeur (from about £200 per day), self-drive car hire, etc. Simply ask us in good time and we will help.
