Louise and David's new book has been published



Louise & David have written a new book, "How to Start and Run a B&B", which was published last Summer by How To Books, and is now already on its second printing. It is a practical guide to help those wanting to start a B&B, and includes the very latest on the 2006 changes in fire and food hygiene regulations, the new star rating system, and other essential areas, as well as a wealth of practical tips on running a hospitality business based on hands-on experience.
